- Еколошки покрет ће се залагати за право учешћа локалних заједница у свим питањима везаним за њихово окружење као о њиховом неприкосновеном праву,
- Главни економски односи, које диктирају привредно најразвијенија друштва, не смеју се успостављати нихилистичким односом према животној средини мање развијених друштава. Еколошка свест налаже слободне токове трансфера нових технологија, као и право локалне заједнице на коришћење традиционалних начина производње и живота,
- Еколошки покрет ће се залагати против увожења прљавих технологија и стављања профита изнад односа према природном окружењу,
- Еколошки покрет ће се залагати за заштиту уставног и законског права сваког човека на здраву животну средину, која истовремено подразумева дубоки осећај личне и колективне одговорности,
- Еколошко образовање је неопходан предуслов напретку еколошке свести и савести, без чега нема племенитог односа човека према животној средини.
